Elon Musk on Money

Despite his recent antics on Twitter, I still think Elon Musk opinion on stuffs are worth considering. Maybe he is not the super genius everyone think he is but the fact that he has his marks and involvements in multiple hard to break industries (finance, space, automative, and AI) are still something.

Elon Musk mentioned his take on money on Lex Fridman podcast #252:

An interesting take, IMO. For quite some time I used to think of money as a metric to measure value; like the better you are at something the more you get paid for it or less supply more demand = the pricier it gets. However, clearly there are some cases where this doesn't make sense. Database of resource of allocation sounds more utilitarian.
