Midfielder-Playmaker
I've been doing more product owners role (still do developers task tho) in the company's SCRUM implementation and what I wrote on my yearly review (not verbatim, but from what i can remember):
I found football role terminology explains this transition best:
Previously, i'm striker-attacker whose job is to take a shoot and create a goal
Now, it feels more like a midfielder-playmaker; I need to orchestrate the team and create chances so the striker-attacker could go take a shoot and make a goal. Sometimes i move forward and take a shoot and make some goals as well.
So.. it's no longer about me. It's about the team.
