Different Kind of Problems

Team with members that have relatively beginner to standard skill & experience has this problem: either fail to deliver result, or fail to recognize problem early on so it takes more time for them to deliver result.

Team with members that have relatively standard to high level skill & experience tend to be very opinionated and thicker ego. As the result, they are more prone to have heated debate and discussion. This could drain you mentally.

All in all, problems exist. It just take different shape or form in different circumstances.
